Foshan Zhongyao Ceramic Kiln Co., Ltd., founded in 1996, is a high technology civil collective enterprise, specialized in manufacturing ceramic roller kiln for construction and ceramic industry. On May 5th, 2008, China Ceramic Industry Association announced "The research & development and manufacturing base of China ceramic kiln" was set up in Zhongyao Company.For many years, Zhongyao has been devoted to developing and promoting "Intelligent" longer, wider, and lower heat calory fuel-saving roller kiln and supplying a series of service of whole plant programming and design, kiln attendant training and feasibility study.Zhongyao was the first kiln manufacturing company promoted roller kiln firing plaza tiles and color glazed mosaics without refractory plates in China. Since 2000, we have been cooperating with famous kiln companies in Japan, Italy, and Germany to develop a series of "Intelligent" kilns continuously, which can be compared with or excel the imported kilns with Zhongyao features. They are featured for low consumption, huge output, high automation, easy operation, compact configuration, beautiful figure, and long using time and have won the trust and support of customers both at home and abroad. During the 11 years after our foundation, our company has already supplied more than 600 roller kilns and relevant firing system equipment to constructing ceramic tile factories. Our customers are located in more than ten provinces of China and Southeast Asian Nations.In 2004, Zhongyao Company passed and achieved the authentication of GB/T9001-2000ISO9001:2000 management system. In 2007, we composed and published the first edition (QB/440605 81 4740-2007), where expatiated how our products to be designed and manufactured and the whole procedures of delivery to our customers, which makes the quality management more scientific and normative and helps enlarging our kilns export.In 2007, the 7th generation "Intelligent" super wider low heat calory fuel gas saving roller kiln supplied by Zhongyao Company passed the new products authentication of Guangdong Economy & Trade Committee (Canton economy & trade authentication [2007] No. 131) Opinions of authentication committee" affirmed that the product is in leading position in domestic kiln manufacture industry.On May 25th, 2008, the research & development and manufacturing base of China ceramic kiln was formally established as China Ceramic Industry Association approved and the technical advisory committee was set up in the same day. The top domestic experts and professors who are advisory members are invited to guide and participate in the work in research and development base.Our company attaches great importance to the cooperation with colleges. JINGDEZHEN CERAMICS INSTITUTE has already taken Zhongyao Company as their "teaching practice base".
